Special Tours

Guided tours are fun and exciting at the Old State House Museum! Led by professional interpreters, themed tours allow information to be imparted in an approachable, interesting manner. Through interactive conversation, guides offer additional information, insight, and dialogue that supplement the writing found on the exhibit text panels. Tours integrate exhibit information or aspects of the building's history in an understandable form and help visitors recognize overall themes in Arkansas history.

Many of our tours were designed for youth and school groups, but they can usually be adapted for groups comprised of families with children. The approximate age groups for each tour are indicated.
