18. United Daughters of the Confederacy
This Rococo Revival Parlor features lady chairs and a chaperone sofa. The room was decorated by members of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (1860-1870).
19. Arkansas Pioneer Association
The Arkansas Pioneers Association decorated this room in the style of an early 19th-century Arkansas library (1836-1860).
20. First Families Galleries
These galleries occupy the former rooms of the governor's offices. The exhibits include the inaugural gowns of thirty Arkansas First Ladies as well as images and artifacts of Arkansas's governors and their families.
21. Changing Exhibits Gallery
The smaller of the two upstairs changing exhibits galleries, its exhibits usually change each spring.
22. 1885 House Chamber
Enlarged during a major renovation in 1885 for a growing House of Representatives, this area continues to serve as the site of the museum's public functions and as the setting for the exhibit "On the Stump: Arkansas Political History, 1819-1919."
23. Original 1836 House Chamber
From 1836 until the building was renovated in 1885, this room served as the House of Representatives chamber. From 1885 to 1911, the chamber was used by the Arkansas Senate.

The larger of the two upstairs changing exhibits galleries, its exhibits usually change each fall.
29. Learning Center
This classroom area is devoted to ongoing educational outreach programs for children and adults in the community.
