School Bus Fund Guidelines

The maximum field trip award is $750 per trip

All visits to the OSHM will last a minimum of 1.50 hours. You can always plan to stay longer, but your visit cannot be less than 1.50 hours.

If you are awarded funds to visit the Old State House Museum, we will send you the following information:

• Confirmation from your visit with an itinerary
• Museum Visit Guidelines & Chaperone Policy Info
• Map to the Museum
• Information about how the funds will be distributed
• Evaluation forms to fill out FOLLOWING your visit to the OSHM

Please fill out the School Bus Fund application. You can mail, fax or email us your paperwork. We will notify you once we receive your paperwork and whether or not you qualify for OSHM School Bus Funds.
